If you are based in the EU and don't have a valid VAT number we have to add VAT in your country as an individual. If you are outside the EU we don't add Tax/VAT regardless of your status as a business or individual.

No. We don't ask for a credit card until you choose to upgrade. A Trial starts with a Pro plan and you will automatically switch to the Free plan at the end of the trial.

A website is a brand, business or project. You can create as many websites as you like in your account with the ability to switch between them in your dashboard. Each website is isolated with it's own settings, team members, messages and so on.

No. All prices are based on the set of features you need. For instance to connect to channels or integrations a particular plan will be required. However, you won't be limited by any other metric regardless of how many contacts you have, or visitors in a month etc.

Yes, of course! You can upgrade or downgrade as often as you like. There is no contract or minimum term so you can cancel at any time from your account settings.
